The studio will hold daily group classes
such as dynamic meditation, aerial yoga, chakra dance, drumming, breathwork -
all focused on healing & communicating with your body and having fun. opportunities for families to practice together as well.
private sessions such as craniosacral, microcurrent, coaching & energywork
will be offered.
the studio will host community events such as arts & crafts fairs, local artist galleries, information sessions, live music &
small group dinners.
The studio may be rented out for your personal events, spiritual retreats & parties.
